If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will be refunded back to the original payment method.
6.Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Certain products may be offered as either a one-time purchase or as a subscription, where explicitly stated on the product page. Subscriptions are completely optional and are never required to make a purchase.
By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to a recurring charge for the selected product on the frequency shown at checkout (for example, monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless canceled.

We send reminder notifications prior to subscription renewals so you have visibility and control over your subscription.
Charges will appear on your billing statement as "NORRAVIK" or a similar identifier disclosed at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to any applicable recurring charges clearly disclosed at checkout.
Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping & Delivery (Important)
Norravik works with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver orders. Delivery timeframes shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
Carrier issues (USPS/UPS/FedEx or partner carriers)
Weather delays
Customs processing (if applicable)
Peak seasons/holiday volume
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is delivered but missing, you agree to contact your local carrier and/or building management first, and then reach out to us so we can assist.
